The reception of travellers, the keys handover, the purchase of a welcome basket, the management of cleaning and laundry are services that we offer according to your needs.

For each pack, we take a percentage of the revenue generated by the bookings (excluding cleaning costs and platforms). No advance payment is required as we cannot as we cannot predict your reservations in advance.

Using our management software, we apply price monitoring to optimise your income from the rental of your property. We can also advise you on the basic equipment needed in a seasonal property.
